Paintings and installation by Devonport artist John Davis – richly expressive and philosophical works that dive deep into a cosmological vision informed by Lao-tse’s Tao Te Ching. In this succinct narrative of ten works, painter and ex-architectural draftsman John Davis enters into the mind of God in his desire for freedom from not knowing the answer to the question ‘what does it all mean’.
