As part of our Matariki 2023 celebrations, join exhibiting artist Judy Henderson as she explores rongoā rākau (plant-based remedies).
In this workshop, Judy will demonstrate how to make a simple Wairākau (tea) using our taonga, Kawakawa.
Judy will also talk about some of the benefits of Kawakawa, and how other rongoā rākau (plant-based remedies) assist people with their personal health journeys.
We’ll have refreshments on site throughout the event.
