Wayfind Creative for Waiheke Rangatahi
March 7 @ 10:00 am – 4:30 pm

Taking place on Saturday 7 March, 10am–4:30pm, this focused workshop offers a practical space to step back, reflect on your creative direction, strengthen resilience, and map out your next steps.
Whether you’re balancing multiple gigs, freelancing, building a side project, or figuring out what comes next, Wayfind Creative helps you think strategically about your practice and build a solid foundation for the future.
Grounded in connection and real-world insight, the day will explore:
- Creative vision & values – getting clear on what matters and where you’re heading.
- The gig economy – choosing what to say yes to and where to put your energy.
- Project planning & finance – turning ideas into action.
- Resilience – staying steady through uncertainty.
- Articulating your value – talking about your work with clarity and confidence.
- Stories from the field – real examples of sustainable creative pathways.
Delivered by experienced creative sector practitioners who actively work in the industry, the workshop combines practical tools with open conversation and peer connection in a supportive environment.
At its core, this kaupapa recognises the creative potential already present within our rangatahi and provides space to consider what a sustainable future in the creative sector could look like – on your own terms.
