
The DEPOT Lounge is a collaborative workspace and creative sanctuary for the Tāmaki Makaurau community to connect.
As a dedicated, multi-purpose space designed to foster creativity, community, collaboration, and professional engagement, the DEPOT Lounge offers a flexible environment for casual work, client bookings, full-space hires, and artist-led initiatives.
Workspace Use & Bookings
- Casual Use: All are welcome to use the DEPOT Lounge during opening hours – 10am-4pm, Tues-Sat. No booking is required for casual use, but koha contributions are appreciated.
Booking requests should be sent via email, with confirmations issued based on availability.
- Reservations: You may reserve dedicated workspace at a base hourly rate. This rate is waived if the lounge has been booked in full for the day.
- Full Lounge Hire: The DEPOT Lounge is available for exclusive bookings.

Pop-Up Exhibitions
The DEPOT Lounge also hosts artist-run pop-up exhibitions, providing a platform for creative activation within the space. The DEPOT Lounge is proud to support artistic expression alongside professional collaboration, offering a space where ideas thrive, and community is built.

Pulse of Place / Tūrangawaewae considers our standing within the natural landscape, encouraging mōhiohio (recognition) of what has existed, how we act within the whenua maru now, and the ways in which our perception of place adapts through different literal and figurative lenses.
