Depot Consignment Terms and Conditions

We sell art and products on a consignment basis. This means artists and makers are paid when their work sells.

Pricing & Margin Quick Reference Guide

• The Depot Commission is dependent on the gallery space your work is shown or sold in. Your Depot gallery manager will discuss your commission with you, based on commercial and/or charitable considerations.
• The Artist price to Depot is the price you wish to be paid for your work, irrespective of the price the work is sold for. Depot offers various sales discounts (volume, staff, member) which comes off our commission. The price to the Artist is not altered.
• Artists must review and sign the Depot Arts and Music Space Trust Consignment Agreement prior to their works being made available for sale. Click on the link below.
• Depot is registered for GST. GST is therefore payable on the Depot Commission.
