Lauren Woolf

Communications & Engagement

Kia ora! I have been working for and with creative organisations and people throughout a 25-year career in advertising, marketing and design. Most of my time has been in leadership roles at companies such as Ogilvy, but also as a serial entrepreneur, kickstarting creative services businesses in Switzerland, South Africa. and New Zealand. I consult and lead projects as ‘MRS WOOLF’, a strategic brand partner to clients, helping build value through creativity. I hold an EMBA from The Berlin School of Creative Leadership.

I’m a regular public speaker, sharing insights into creativity, the arts, technology and leadership. I’m really proud to be the co-founder of The Lockdown Collection (TLC), a social impact art initiative started in 2020 supporting artists through the pandemic and I’m a marketing mentor for Youth Arts New Zealand (YANZ).

Recently, I took a deep dive into Web3, interested in how the ‘new internet’ will impact – well, everything!  The adventure has led to a passion to be part of a better digital future for all.

Working with Nadine Rubin Nathan and the team at Depot as Marketing & Communications partner, I’m here to help build a formidable centre of creative excellence here in Aotearoa.
