Nina Dyer

Exhibition Curator & Gallery Manager

[email protected]

I am an emerging curator with a background in Art History and an interest in socially engaged practices. As an Adam Art Gallery Te Pātaka Toi 2019 Intern, I co-curated A Way Through: Colin McCahon’s Gate III and developed public programmes for On the Last Afternoon: Disrupted Ecologies and the Work of Joyce Campbell, Te Taniwha: The Manuscript of Ārikirangi, and Auckland Art Fair.

My most recent curatorial project is Free of Charge, a digital exhibition facilitated by MEANWHILE gallery in 2020. I joined the Depot team early 2021 from Te Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington, where my previous role at Enjoy Contemporary Art Space afforded me insight into the workings of a community-centric gallery with an established local history.
