We are working to make our spaces and services accessible to all. As a not-for-profit space with limited resources this is a constant work in progress. You will find information below however please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss specific barriers that may be stopping you from accessing our spaces or services.
Our Physical Spaces
DEPOT Gallery, DEPOT Sound and our office spaces
Parking
There is limited free parking outside DEPOT, with one disabled parking space. Parking is monitored with an allocation of 120 minutes.
Entry to DEPOT is on level ground with no steps.
Galleries
The DEPOT Galleries are accessible via wheelchair.
DEPOT Sound
The DEPOT Sound studios are accessible via wheelchair with assistance as there are significant doorsteps into each of the three rooms due to the soundproofing and acoustic design.
There is also a step up into our vocal booth.
The low light in our recording rooms may be an issue for those with impaired vision.
The enclosed nature of the recording studios, specifically the smaller studio, can trigger those with claustrophobia.
We are very open to discussions on how we can make your recording session work for your accessibility requirements, so please get in touch using the form below.
Toilets
We have two gender inclusive toilets available for use by visitors and staff.
Our toilets are unfortunately down a narrow corridor and are not easily accessible in a wheelchair or using a walking frame.
