Joelle Holland is 26 years old, a proud Māori Wahine and a mum to 2 beautiful pēpi. Born and raised in Manurewa South Auckland she is passionate about chasing her dreams and the dreams of her people. Hawaiiki Pēpi offers Māori designed products and blankets for babies. Being Māori and being a Māmā are two of the most important parts of her life and so the whakaaro of creating this amazing pākihi came to life.

For her knowing who you are, and where you come from play a huge role in one’s identity and she wants nothing more for her babies than to be surrounded by their culture, to be proud of who they are and to stand strong in their Tuakiritanga. “The importance of our babies being surrounded by their ahurea and their Reo helps our babies to feel a connection to their kāinga and that is exactly what this pākihi aims to do for all your pēpi. Through these beautiful Māori designs we aim to enhance Te Ao Māori in our pēpi right from birth.”
