Songwriting Workshop 2024

DEPOT Sound is proud to present a collaborative and hands-on workshop designed for emerging songwriters seeking to elevate their craft and career in music.

Ideal for budding songwriters, this initiative aims to deepen your music industry knowledge, grow your confidence, forge vital connections and nurture your talent in a supportive environment. With access to DEPOT Sound’s recording studios and feedback from industry professionals, you’ll expand your skills, confidence, and networks.

We’re hosting two separate 1-day, 6-hour sessions followed by a feedback listening party, providing an opportunity to delve into collaborative songwriting exercises and recording experiences. Facilitated by multi-talented masters Lucy Graves and Mo’Dre Brown, featuring special guest speakers, you’ll also gain some insights into business, PR, publishing, and more via Q&A.

About Lucy & Mo’Dre

(The Feelgood Service)

Introducing The Feelgood Service, a dynamic duo consisting of Andre “MoDre” Brown and Lucy Graves, with nearly a decade of writing and producing for major artists and touring the world as band members for some of the biggest names in music.

MoDre, hailing from upstate NY, brings a wealth of experience in music. Performing  and touring globally with artists like J.Lo , TLC and Flo Rida, he now focuses on production, songwriting, and his own artistry. Notably, his work has also been featured in films, including the Netflix production “Always a Bridesmaid” and BET original film “Open.”

Born and raised in New Zealand, Lucy is a versatile artist, musician, songwriter, producer, engineer, keyboardist, and vocalist. She has toured globally, showcasing her talent on keys and backing vocals with artists like CeeLo Green and the Black Eyed Peas. Additionally, Lucy is a songwriter and producer for major artists and for TV and film projects.

Together, they create feel-good music to feed and funk up your soul!
